Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Scalable Digitalinfra website and your enrolment in technical analysis training focused on market cycles, pullbacks, and continuation entries. By using this site or booking a programme, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
Accessing https://scalable-digitalinfra.digital or submitting an enquiry form constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book training.
2. Educational nature
All workshops, clinics, coaching, intensives, and field notes are educational. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an invitation to deal in securities. Trading involves risk of loss. Past chart examples do not predict future results.
3. Bookings and fees
Places on programmes are confirmed only after we accept your booking and any required deposit is received. Informational prices on /pricing/ may change for future cohorts. Deposits and balances are handled under our refund policy.
4. Intellectual property
Course materials, annotated chart packs, worksheets, curriculum outlines, and website content remain the intellectual property of Scalable Digitalinfra. You may use materials for your personal study. You may not redistribute, resell, or teach from them commercially without written permission.
5. Conduct
Live sessions require respectful participation. We may remove a participant who disrupts others or shares session recordings without consent, without refund beyond what the refund policy allows.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom law, Scalable Digitalinfra is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or indirect damages arising from use of the site or participation in training. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme.
7. Website accuracy
We aim to keep programme descriptions accurate but may correct errors and update schedules. Temporary unavailability of the site does not entitle you to compensation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK.
