Purposes and lawful bases
We process data to respond to enquiries (legitimate interests), to perform contracts for training places, to meet legal accounting obligations, and — where you consent — to measure site analytics via optional cookies.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless a booking follows. Booking and invoice records are retained for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Analytics data follows the durations in the cookies table.
