Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to paid places on Scalable Digitalinfra workshops, clinics, private coaching sessions, and chart structure intensives. It does not cover products we do not sell — there is no merchandise catalogue or software subscription on this site.
Eligibility
Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel, whether a deposit or full fee was paid, and whether the training session has already begun. Requests must be emailed to hello@scalable-digitalinfra.digital from the address used at booking.
Workshops and intensives
- Full refund of fees paid if you cancel at least 14 days before session one.
- Partial refund of 50% of fees paid if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before session one.
- No refund for cancellations inside 7 days, no-shows, or departure after the programme has started, except where we cancel the cohort.
Pullback clinics
Clinics paid in full may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the clinic date. Inside 7 days, fees are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a later announced clinic if seats remain.
Private coaching
Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once at no charge or refunded in full. Cancellations inside 48 hours and no-shows are charged in full. Blocks of four sessions: unused sessions cancelled under the 48-hour rule are refunded at the block’s per-session rate.
Deposits
Workshop and intensive deposits are refundable under the same timelines as full fees above. If you fail to pay the balance by the stated due date, we may release your place and retain the deposit.
Work already started
Once a live workshop, clinic, or intensive session has begun, fees for that programme are non-refundable. Pre-work materials already issued remain yours for personal study but do not create a partial cash refund.
Materials
Printed chart packs prepared for a named participant are non-refundable once dispatched. Digital worksheets included in a programme fee follow the programme refund rules above.
Our cancellations
If we cancel a cohort or coaching slot, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date. We are not responsible for incidental costs such as your own internet or time off work.
Rescheduling
Transfers to another announced date are allowed once per booking when seats exist and notice meets the timelines above. Further transfers are at our discretion.
Process and timing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method where possible. Confirmations are sent by email.
